Add Folder

In Add Folder, you can create and configure folders with various options.

Basic Settings

Cleanup Outdated Files

If an item's validity expires, the folder will no longer recognize it as a valid file and will remove it.
File cleanup is not immediate! The job only runs once daily. Files marked as invalid on the same day will not be removed immediately.

Teams

Here you can select teams to manage and see the device.
This option is only available if the customer has at least one team available.

Final Steps

• After finishing the setup, click on the Save button.
• If you wish to discard everything, select Cancel.
• Once saved, your folder will appear above the files.

Find Folder

The Find folder feature allows you to quickly locate and navigate to specific folders within your file hierarchy.

How to Use Find Folder

1. Click the Find folder button in the Files menu toolbar
2. The Find Folder modal opens, displaying your folder structure
3. Use the search bar to search for folders by name
4. Expand or collapse folders using the arrow icons
5. Double-click a folder to navigate to it, or select and click Confirm

This feature is especially useful when working with complex folder structures or when you need to jump directly to a specific location without manually browsing through nested folders.

Context Menu Options

Overview

The context menu provides several actions for managing folders.

Rename

You can rename your folder using this option.

Move to Folder

With this option, you can move your folder to another location or move it back to the root.

Edit Cleanup Settings

You can edit cleanup settings for File Folders.

Edit

This option is not available for File Folders.

Manage Teams

Here you can select teams to manage and see the folder.
This option is only available if the customer has at least one team available.
