Add Filtered Folder

In Filtered Folder, you can create folders containing assorted items using various filter options.

Properties

Basic Settings

In the modal, you need to configure:

• Name for your filtered folder
• A Quick Filter pre-configuration

Teams

Team Selection

Here you can select teams to manage and see the device.

• This option is only available if the customer has at least one team available.

Context Menu Options

Rename

You can rename your folder using this option.

Manage Teams

Here you can select teams to manage and see the folder.

• This option is only available if the customer has at least one team available. Learn more: Manage Teams

Move to Folder

With this option, you can move your folder to another location or move it back to the root.

Please note

Folder can be moved but the filtered files inside cannot be moved from filtered folders.
