Page Controller menu

Enables filtering and searching of files, facilitating streamlined navigation and management of relevant items.

Filter​

Quick-filter​

Select a Quick-filter that is applied on the assets.

Teams​

Filter the assets by Teams.
Learn more: Teams

Starting Folder​

Select a Starting folder to filter only the files under these folders or inside the folders under the selected target.

  • You must enable Search in child folder for recursive search.

Valid Files Only​

Switch on the Valid files only option under the Validity filter to display only valid files.

  • The Are files valid by default switch enables the search to display valid items that do not have a manually set validity date.

Tags and Names​

Add extra tags and names that exactly match or contain the characters to narrow the search results.

Header area​

In the Searchbar, you can search by name to find the desired image.

Knowledge Base​

The icon will open the affected knowledge base article.

Storage Usage​

Here you can monitor the storage usage of the files.

Out of storage

If you need more storage space, contact your system administrator or reach out to our support team at support@wallboard.info.

Change View​

You can select which layout you wish to see your contents:

  • Card view
  • Table view

In Table View, you can list all your contents.

Columns​

Available Information Columns by Default

  • Type
  • Name
  • Size
  • Valid from
  • Valid to
  • Uploader
  • Tags
  • Dimensions
  • Duplicates
  • Actions

You can set the optional columns to display information in the ⚙️ menu:

  • Usage in contents
  • Content type
  • Capacity
  • Folder
  • Preview

Actions​

Download​

Download your file directly from the interface.

Remove​

Remove your file with a single click.

Overview​

Navigate to the Overview tab of the selected file.

Manage Tags​

Assign tags to your file for future filtering.

Assign to Device​

Select the device or device folder where you wish to assign the file.

Rename​

Rename your file as needed.

Crop / Resize​

Crop or resize your file as required.

Move to Folder​

Move your file to a folder or back to the root.

Edit Validity​

Edit the validity settings for your file.

Manage Teams​

Select teams to manage and see your file.
This option is only available if the customer has at least one team available.

TIP

With the Reset config button, you can revert the columns to their default display.
