Adding Pages to Content
Use Add page in the Content Designer's Pages sidebar to create pages in the Main playlist or Other pages. The Playlist Editor and Slide Designer use different page creation flows.
Choose a page type
The Add page dialog has these tabs:

| Empty | A blank canvas for custom layouts, interactive content, or pages with several widgets. |
| Image | A full-screen page from an existing image file, suitable for static visuals or quick image-based content. |
| Video | A full-screen page from a video file for video-based presentations or simple playback without extra widgets. |
| Document | A page from a PDF file, useful for reports or presentations. |
| Template | A page based on a pre-designed template for a reusable, consistent layout. |
The Content tab is no longer available for new pages; it was deprecated on October 10, 2025. To place content inside a page, use the Content widget or Contents widget.
Add a page
- Open the content in Content Designer.
- In Pages, select Add page under Main playlist or Other pages, depending on where the new page should appear.
- Choose Empty, Image, Video, Document, or Template.
For Empty, enter a Page name and select Add empty page.
For Image, Video, or Document, use Select image(s), Select video(s), or Select document. Pages created from files use the selected files' names.
For Template, use Pick a template, choose the page, and select Insert. The dialog also offers Embed when the selected template supports it.
After adding pages, use the Pages sidebar to reorder them, move them between Other pages and the Main playlist, set durations and transitions, or delete pages you no longer need.
