Quick Filter for Devices

On the Quick Filter for Devices page, you can create quick-filtered folders to organize devices based on specific properties.

• This feature allows you to efficiently sort and manage both devices and files by applying various criteria, ensuring that items with particular attributes are easily accessible and well-categorized.

Add Quick Filter for Devices

When you click on the + button you will see a modal where you can decide how you want to create the quick filter.

Graphical editor

Fill the basic required fields then move to the advanced fields.

Starting Folder

• Folder Selector: Select and manage the folders where you want to search for devices.
• Search in Child Folders as well: Enabled by default. If disabled, the search will not be recursive to sub-folders.

State

• Specify whether devices should be filtered based on their status: offline, online, or all statuses.

Add Filters

• Add New Filter Rule: Select device parameters to check for inclusion in the filter list, such as:
  • Name
  • Content
  • Tags
  • Platform
  • Working Hours
  • App Version
  • Emergency Status
  • OS Version
  • License Type
  • Content Type
  • Firmware Version
  • Layout
  • Version State
  • Model

Add New Filter

Click the + button to add multiple filters.

• These can either serve as additional conditions or be combined conditions.

Evaluation Type

• Equals Exactly
• Contains

Actions

The following actions can be performed (bold actions are enabled by default):

• Edit: Modify the quick filter details.
• Duplicate: Duplicate the quick filter, enter a new name, make necessary modifications, and save.
• Remove: Delete the quick filter.
