Notification Channels
Notification channels serve as designated paths for sending notifications to specific contact addresses.
Users can create and manage their notification channels on the Settings page >> Notifications menu >> Notification Channels tab.
Add Notification Channel
To create a notification channel, provide the following information:
- Name: Assign a name to your notification channel.
- Select the type of notification channel:

📱 SMS

- Recipients: Define the recipients who will receive notifications through this channel.
- Comment: Add additional information or notes regarding the notification channel.
Column Settings
Customize the information displayed in the list of notification channels. You can choose to display detailed or simplified views.
Columns
The following columns are available:
- Type (enabled by default)
- Name (enabled by default)
- Recipients (enabled by default)
- Content
- Actions
Actions on Notification Channels
In the actions settings, you can choose which actions to perform directly on a selected notification channel.
- Edit: Modify the notification channel settings.
- Remove: Delete the notification channel.
