Newly added screen appears as a duplicate of an existing screen in the system

A device in the editor interface is showing up as a duplicate of an already existing device.

Device duplicates in our system​

We only confirmed this issue's existence on Windows devices. This issue may be caused by both Windows devices being installed from the same pre-prepared ISO, resulting in matching hardware IDs.

  • Check the device's hostname and make sure they are unique. To do so please visit This PC > Properties > Device name > Rename this PC |
