Restrictions and Troubleshooting
One content per schedule
Only one source content can be selected in one schedule, multiple selection is not available.
- If you wish to schedule more than one content with the same settings, we recommend you to use channels instead of Schedules.
- In case of multiple playlists and slides, we recommend you to use playlists instead of Schedules.
Device has no assigned content
Schedules will not work if the device has no assigned content in it.
- To avoid schedule outage, please create a fallback content and assign it to the device.
- This way, if one Schedule finished and the other is not started yet, the device will not show blank screen.
Device license tier
Device license is not eligible to play the content type selected in Schedule
- For example: Content type schedule will not work on Devices with lite license.
