Possible causes and fixes​

Server maintenance​

The server is currently under repair or updating. It will take a short time to come back online.

⚠️ If you have unsaved changes on your content(s) and navigate to another page, your progress will be lost.

Connection lost to the server​

Your internet connection is gone. If you do not find any problems on your side, then the issue is on our side.

⚠️ If you have unsaved changes on your content(s) and navigate to another page, your progress will be lost.

Socket connection lost​

The server is working correctly, but the WebSocket connection is lost. This is a very specific error that may require further investigation.

Successfully reconnected​

The server came back online, and you can continue your work.
