Licenses

You can monitor your licenses by tier and quantity, view the status of devices (online/offline), and track active browser sessions. You can also keep an eye on the number of unlicensed devices. Additionally, under the Licenses section, you can place new license orders and review existing ones.

The following information is available here:

  • Used/Unused licenses
  • Licenses by tiers
  • Devices by license types
    • You can select unlicensed type, so the devices that are registered with unlicensed license type will not use active licenses, they will function as a placeholder device.
  • Online/Offline devices
  • Browser sessions

Licenses​

You can submit new license orders and view your existing ones.

Order License​

  • Click on the button next to the Licenses header.
  • Fill out the following information:
    • License type (required)
    • Device count (required)
    • Order date
    • PO#
    • Comment (only Admin role can see it)
