Users
In the Users menu, you can see and manage all the users registered under the current customer.
Add User
Create a user, then fill in the name, email, password, and role, then save it.
- Name
Password
A password is not required at this stage. Users will receive an email upon account creation and must set their password during their first login. If the password field is left empty, a temporary password will be automatically generated.
Role
Select a role for the user:
- View only
- Content editor
- Content manager
- Technical manager
- Administrator
Restricted
If you enable this option, the user will not be able to log in using either SSO or their username and password.
If you restrict the user, it will not be able to log into Wallboard!
Actions
Edit
Edit the user's details such as name, email, and role.
Remove
Remove the user.
A confirmation modal will appear before the action is finalized.
Set Permissions
Manage the user's permissions across different resources.
