User Interface Profile

In User Interface Profiles, you can create presets to restrict the UI elements visible to users based on their roles.

Add User Interface Profiles

Required

• Name
• Rules

  Select interface elements to restrict them or remove restricted elements

Optional

• Comment

Page controller
On the right top corner of the user interface profiles page you can

• search by name
• navigate to knowledge base

Page limit

• Above the list on the left you can select under the Show ▿ button how many items you want to see inside the list.

∘ Here you can see the following columns

The these columns are enabled by default

• Name
• Comments
• Actions

Actions

The bold actions are enabled by default

• Copy ID

  Here you can copy the User interface profile's ID.
• Edit

  Here you can edit the User interface profile's name and leave a comment.
• Edit rules

  Here you can edit the rules you previously defined .
• Remove

  Here you can remove the User interface profile's . You will see a modal where you must confirm the User interface profile's removal.
