The device folder cannot be removed if any of the following conditions are met:

• if used in text messages as screen target
• if used in content messages as screen target
• if used in simple loop messages as screen target
• if used in media/media-folder/loop by tag/content by tag/ loop/content/message type campaign as screen target
• if used in alert rule as a screen group
• used inside a webhook action as target
