Logs Menu

In the Logs menu, you can view activities under your customer account.

Filtering

You can use the following options to filter log files:

  • Date Range
  • Users
  • Devices
  • Content
  • All

User Interface

Page Controller

On the top-right corner of the Logs page, you can:

  • Refresh logs.
  • Download a CSV file of logs.
  • Navigate to the knowledge base.

Page Limit

  • Above the list on the left, you can use the Show ▿ button to select the number of items displayed.

Column Settings

The following columns are available (bold columns are enabled by default):

  • Name
  • Timestamp
  • Log Level
  • Message
  • User
  • Device
  • Content
  • Actions

Actions

The following action is available:

  • Copy Message: Copy the log message.
