Logs Menu
In the Logs menu, you can view activities under your customer account.
Filtering
You can use the following options to filter log files:
- Date Range
- Users
- Devices
- Content
- All
User Interface
Page Controller
On the top-right corner of the Logs page, you can:
- Refresh logs.
- Download a CSV file of logs.
- Navigate to the knowledge base.
Page Limit
- Above the list on the left, you can use the
Show ▿
button to select the number of items displayed.
Column Settings
The following columns are available (bold columns are enabled by default):
- Name
- Timestamp
- Log Level
- Message
- User
- Device
- Content
- Actions
Actions
The following action is available:
- Copy Message: Copy the log message.
