File System Summary

In this article we will show you how to create a file system datasource.

Navigate to Files

• upload the files you want to use inside the file system datasource

Navigate to Quick Filter

• Click on the button next to the Quick Filter header.
• Create a quick filter for the files you wish to use inside datasource
• If you want only 1 file, then enter the full name of it inside the name field.
• Once you finished the quick filter, save it.

Navigate to Settings / Datasources / System datasources

• Click on the button next to the System datasources header.
• Set the datasource type to File System Summary
• Select how many elements you want to see inside this datasource
  • In case of 1 element, set this number to 1.
• Select the quick filter you created before.
• If you need team settings you can manage it here.

Final steps

• Save the datasource
• Use it according to your needs.
